Marinette County real estate records and images from January 1, 1990 to present are on LandShark, and documents dating from September 1995 to present are tracted to all indices. Documents prior to September 1995 have not been tracted to the legal description. As time allows, we continue to back tract to legal description for documents dating from Sept 1995 back to 1990.

What are the fees to use LandShark? The tract information is available at no cost. When you view an image, the cost is the statutory fee of $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page. Currently we do not accept credit cards for payment, to pull an an image you will need to have an escrow account with Marinette County Register of Deeds office.
